Apologies for anyone who's emailed, questioned or berated me and is waiting for a reply. We're in the midst of moving and I've had sporadic email access for the last week (the other side of working from home: once you sell your desk--hooray for Craigslist!--and cancel your cable service, you don't have much of a workstation.
