I just picked up your book based on that conversation you had with Jeff Ayers. But you definitely blew it. Henry Parker lives...
Not that it’s a surprise or anything; you have another Henry Parker novel on the way.
No, I picked up your book for a simple reason, the way you handled yourself in that interview. Which brings me to my question:
In interviews such as Ayers, do the interviewee's get prompts beforehand to clue them in on what will be asked?

Glad you liked the interview. I didn't know about it until Jeff literally walked up to me on Friday night and asked me to do it. So no prompts, I didn't even know I'd be interviewed pretty much until the tape started rolling.
