THE MARK takes down Dan Brown!

Big News:

A few days ago, THE MARK became available as a free download on the Amazon Kindle for one week (through October 5th). Well, I'm thrilled to announce that for three straight days, THE MARK, has been #1 on the Kindle bestseller charts, ahead of THE LOST SYMBOL by Dan Brown!

That's right, the first Henry Parker novel is currently ahead of one of the biggest publishing events in history, and it's all thanks to the readers who spread the word and downloaded THE MARK to their Kindle, iPhone or iPod Touch. Thank you for making this happen, and I hope this book will whet readers' appetites for the other books in the Parker series. And here's the proof!

Congratulations, and good luck with the signing tour. I'm one of the people who downloaded THE MARK, and I typically don't read many mysteries or thrillers.

I'm looking forward to reading it.

I managed to get your book while it was free and that led to purchasing the other three books in the series and some anxious anticipation for the next releases.

Congratulations on having the number download. If it weren't for that I would have never seen that it was free and downloaded it myself.

Perhaps you should make all of your books free and then you would always be number 1. I know that isn't possible but we can all dream.

It is good to see authors like you and Jason Finder publishing great work for the Kindle while the old boys like Grisham that have dominated this genre sit on the sidelines being too stubborn to embrace technology.

Keep up the great work and please don't ruin the Parker series.
